Academic Activities:

Areas of Research Activity:
  • The influence of resonant tunneling on the imaging of impurity atoms and defects on semiconductor surfaces was investigated by low temperature STM/STS.
  • New nonequilibrium interaction effects of impurity atoms on semiconductor surface have been experimentally studied by means of STM/STS methods and theoretically analyzed using a self-consistent approach based on the Keldysh formalism.
  • Low-temperature method of identification of individual impurity atoms on a semiconductor surface by precision analyzing of local tunneling conductivity curves near impurities was developed.
